LISA KLUMB

Director of Human Resources

Lisa Klumb has been a key member of the UCP of Central Florida Human Resources team since 2009. With over 25 years of experience in human resources, she is recognized for her expertise in employee relations, staffing, onboarding, and organizational support.

Before joining UCP, Lisa managed a staffing company, led a staffing program for a pharmaceutical organization, and served as Recruiting and Retention Manager for a large engineering firm, where she strengthened talent pipelines, enhanced training initiatives, and improved workforce stability.

In her current role, she supports the Vice President of Human Resources and the HR team in all departmental functions, including employee relations, coaching, HRIS management, onboarding, and certification processes, while serving as a liaison with the school district’s Professional Standards and Background Clearance departments.

Lisa’s extensive experience, collaborative approach, and dedication to supporting team members make her an invaluable part of UCP’s HR leadership team.
