HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Lisa Klumb joined UCP of Central Florida in 2009. She is the current Human Resources Manager. Lisa is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience. Prior to her career with UCP, she has managed a staffing company, a staffing program for a pharmaceutical company and has been a recruiting and retention manager for an engineering team.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the Senior Director of Human Resources and HR Team in meeting all department responsibilities

• Facilitates staffing initiatives, clearances, and reporting

• Staffing certification liaison with Orange, Osceola, and Seminole County School Districts
