BOARD OF DIRECTORS

A volunteer Board of Directors governs UCP of Central Florida. The Board of Directors provides fiduciary and legal oversight over the organization and helps secure the resources necessary to advance UCP’s mission.

The basic responsibilities of the Agency's Board of Directors include:

POLICY SETTING | MARKETING/PUBLIC AWARENESS | FISCAL MANAGEMENT | RISK MANAGEMENT | ADVOCACY.

The board members are successful community and/or business leaders who are looking to give back in a measurable way. The board seeks to represent the diverse community it serves, including members of the Orange, Seminole, and Osceola County business communities, parents of children in one of our programs, and adults with a disability. These individuals are willing to put their time, talents, and abilities to work to help sustain and grow programs and services for UCP of Central Florida.
