Director of Therapy Operations.

Amanda Rogers joined UCP of Central Florida in 2017 and brings more than nine years of experience in therapy operations. In her role, she oversees operational workflow strategies, leads quality improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with documentation, authorization, and billing standards.

Amanda evaluates campus operations to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and revenue growth, develops policies and corrective action plans, and supports team members through onboarding and ongoing professional development. She also partners closely with therapy leadership to achieve practice goals and key performance indicators, helping drive strong and consistent performance across UCP programs.

Beyond her professional role, Amanda is a proud wife of 16 years and mother of four wonderful children, including two on the autism spectrum. Her experience as a parent has given her a deeply personal understanding of both the beauty and the challenges of neurodiversity. Her family life is filled with energy and love, with plenty of sports, and they are always learning, growing, and supporting one another.

Amanda’s greatest passion is serving others. Whether through her work, volunteer efforts, or involvement in her community, she strives to lead with compassion, purpose, and integrity. Her journey as both a parent and a professional has shaped her into a dedicated advocate for inclusion, wellness, and meaningful connection.
