A Great Place to Start!

UCP believes that internships offer a crucial pathway to gain experience and potentially unlock future opportunities. We invite exceptional undergraduate and graduate students from diverse backgrounds to join us in various hands-on internship programs. Most of our internships are available at all 8 of our Central Florida locations, including Downtown Orlando (Lake Underhill & SODO districts), East Orlando (near UCF), Kissimmee, Pine Hills, Lake Mary, and Winter Garden.


EDUCATION INTERNSHIPS

Our Education internship program includes Level I and Level II opportunities explicitly designed for students seeking an Education degree in a university teacher preparation program.

Our internship participants provide support to teachers in an inclusive classroom setting, including implementing instructional programs, assessing student performance, and other tasks as needed by the supervising teacher while completing the requirements of their

education internship.

  • Get Paid to Intern!

    You can be paid during your internship. Paid internships are dependent upon the university's approval.

  • Internship Incentives:

    Interns can earn Employee Incentive Rewards during their internship.

    ALSO: an intern who chooses to pursue an education internship at a UCP location other than BCA or BECA will receive up to an additional $5,000
