SONIA ROBLES

Vice President of Finance

Sonia Robles-  is an accomplished finance executive with nearly three decades of progressive experience in nonprofit, education, healthcare, and corporate environments. She currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at UCP of Central Florida, where she oversees financial strategy, budgeting, audits, cash flow, and compliance for a multi-campus organization supporting children and families with disabilities.

Since joining UCP in 2016, Sonia has strengthened internal controls, led major organizational initiatives, supervised the Finance team across all functions, and played a key role in the successful financial preparation for a $22 million bond financing. She is known for her collaborative leadership, operational insight, and commitment to process improvement.

Before joining UCP, Sonia held leadership roles including Controller at Harris Golf, Inc. and Accounting Manager at M.W. Sewall & Co., where she directed accounting operations, managed audits, and supported executive leadership with strategic projects. She began her career in hospitality and healthcare finance, establishing a strong foundation in accounting, reporting, and operational support.

A bilingual leader dedicated to community impact, Sonia is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico and a member of Leadership Orlando Class 107 and ATHENA NextGen.
