About the Event
We welcome individuals and groups alike to join us in our goal to make the holidays special for families with limited resources.
ADOPT A FAMILY PROGRAM
STEP 1: DETERMINE YOUR BUDGET
Each child’s wish list is between $50 - $125, so your budget determines the size of family you can “adopt.”
STEP 2: COMPLETE THE ONLINE DONOR FORM
Complete the online interest form by October 20th.

STEP 3: RECEIVE YOUR MATCH
We will pair you with a UCP family whose needs fit your budget. You will be provided with the ages & genders of family members as well as a buying guide to ensure families receive appropriate gifts!
STEP 4: GO SHOPPING
STEP 5: DROP OFF YOUR GIFTS FROM DECEMBER 4-8
Drop off your gifts at UCP BAILES EARLY CHILDHOOD ACADEMY at 12702 Science Dr. Orlando, FL, 32826.
Please do not wrap your gifts. You may donate gift-wrapping supplies with your donations, but it is easier to track the donations if they are not wrapped.
ADDITIONAL HOLIDAY SUPPORT
- GENERAL TOY DRIVE (GREAT FOR CORPORATE PARTNERS!): Host a toy drive to supply children with gifts over the holidays! UCP has the greatest need for sensory toys and, games & gifts for teenagers (both boys and girls). Find our list of greatest needs HERE.
- SCHOOL BREAK MEAL SUPPORT: Many children rely on UCP for breakfast and lunch throughout the week. Help us continue to provide for these families during the holiday season when school is not in session. Make a donation online at ucpcfl.org/donate (indicate HELP FOR THE HOLIDAYS in the Notes field to sponsor a backpack of food for a family in need. Each pack will cost roughly $30.
- UCP BETA TEEN PARENT CONNECTION PROGRAM: Fill the BETA Pantry with donations to last through the remainder of the school year. Donate In-Kind items such as diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, baby clothing, blankets, etc.
- DONATE SUPPLIES: You can still get involved even without adopting a family by supplementing our holiday elf factory by donating the following items: Gift Boxes, Gift Bags, Tissue Paper, Tape, or Scissors (we are set with wrapping paper!).
