If you would like to enroll a child in any of UCP’s classrooms or therapy programs, our Centralized Admissions Department can help. One of our specialists can help answer your questions and find the best place for your child depending on their individual needs. UCP of Central Florida provides services at seven locations in Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties.

Step One: Interest Form

If you are just starting the inquiry process with UCP of Central Florida, thank you for your interest. Please complete the Education Interest Form and return it to UCP's admissions department by faxing to (407) 480-4085.
Step Two: Registration Packet
If you have completed the Education Interest Form and have been instructed by admissions or the campus to complete the registration packet, please download these forms, complete them and return to the School Administrator at your campus or to the admissions department by faxing to (407) 480-4805.
