| Clinical Practice Manager
Job Summary
The Clinical Practice Manager (CPM) is responsible for overseeing the campus therapy operational and clinical practice and serves as a key business partner to the Core Leadership Team of the organization reporting directly to the Regional Manager of Operations for the operational component (75%) and the Sr. Director of Clinical Practices for the clinical component (25%). The Clinical Practice Manager executes the operations strategies for UCP with key areas of focus on therapy optimization and capacity growth.
The CPM ensures all campus therapy clients receive a high quality therapy program by optimizing each client’s services. The CPM collaborates with the SLAM in regards to the SLA’s clinical practices and performance. This position’s focus is to therapy fiscal and operational optimization and clinical program quality management in education and outpatient services and team management.
The CPM will also maintain an individual therapy productivity schedule at 10 hours per week.
The position must be able to function in a fast-paced environment.
Specific areas of responsibility may include, but are not limited to:
- Budget plan management
- Outpatient and in clinic therapy practice management
- Point-of-service collections
This position works collaboratively with the School Administrator, therapy department, billing department, finance department and admissions department and marketing department as well as referring hospitals and physician offices, community partners and other referral sources to ensure all client information is accurate, complete and communications are timely.
This position has management responsibilities, for team members and contractors, in accordance with organizations policies and applicable regulatory agencies. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Experience/Education Requirement
- 2 years supervisory/managerial experience in therapy field – PT/OT/ST (i.e. interns, clinicians)
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Therapy Field – PT/OT
- Minimum of Master’s Degree in Therapy Field – ST
