UCP of Central Florida is currently seeking an experienced senior director of operations who will be responsible for establishing and implementing strategies that support the vision, mission, strategic goals and values of UCP within the community. This includes all aspects of program revenue growth, building an outstanding results-oriented team, developing a strong community presence in all locations and establishing UCP as the experts for children with special needs in Central Florida. The position is also responsible for strong fiscal management and performance of all campuses, programs and events. Other performance areas include student enrollment and retention, therapy, family support, facility operations and community and program development. Additionally, the position will direct a team of approximately 250 full and part-time employees including eight direct reports. Candidates should have 10 or more years of management experience with a minimum of five years as a senior manager. Additionally, candidates will have extensive supervisory experience of professional staff, demonstrating an ability to effectively lead, inspire, mentor and develop a goal-oriented staff to achieve optimal results. Candidates must also have outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced, complex organization, organize and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, work both independently and collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities. Most importantly, candidates must be committed to the mission and goals of UCP of Central Florida, possess the ability to participate in robust discussions and collaborate with UCP’s senior management.
